1. Consignment Terms

Items are accepted on consignment for a period of 60 days from the date they are received. Avenue Two Consignment retains the right to price items based on market value, brand, condition, and demand. Items may be discounted up to 30% during the consignment period at Avenue Two’s discretion to facilitate sale.

2. Payment & Commission

Consignors receive 50% of the final selling price (before tax). Avenue Two retains 50% as commission. Specific items may have a higher payout and will be agreed upon with Consignor and Avenue Two prior to posting item for sale. Prices will be reduced at the discretion of the store. Consignor payouts are issued on or before the 10th of each month. Payments are made via Direct Deposit, and Consignors may also request a transfer at any time through their online account. Alternative payout arrangements may be accommodated upon request. Consignor balances under $50 will automatically roll over to the following month. Once a consignor’s balance reaches $50 or more, it will be included in the next scheduled monthly payout. Consignors may request an earlier payout at any time for balances over the threshold.

3. Unsold Items

After 60 days, unsold items become property of Avenue Two Consignment unless the consignor requests their return before the expiration date. Returned items must be picked up within 7 days of notification. Avenue Two will contact Consignor if an item over $200 is unsold. Avenue Two reserves the right to donate unclaimed items.

4. Condition of Items

Items must be clean, odor-free, and in excellent, ready-to-sell condition. Avenue Two may reject items that do not meet quality standards. Alterations, repairs, or cleaning required to prepare items for sale is the responsibility of the consignor.

5. Pricing & Reductions

Avenue Two will determine initial pricing and may mark down items periodically for seasonal sales or promotions. Items may also be featured online (Shopify, Instagram, or other platforms) for marketing and sales exposure.

6. Acknowledgment

By signing below, the consignor agrees to the terms above and acknowledges that Avenue Two Consignment acts as a selling agent only, not as a purchaser.

Avenue Two Consignment has cameras throughout the store. We take every precaution to protect your item; however, we are not responsible for any theft, damage or loss.
